Ignorance

For ignorance raises it's ugly head
Staring us in the face
It matters not the gender, creed or
race
Out there I see so much around me
Hate, ignorance and anger because
we are not all the same
We have to celibrate our differences
and share the knowledge
Not shun and turn away
We are not here to harm or kill
but to nurture those who come our
way
Hard lessons the human race has yet
to learn and one day they won't spurn
the chance to grow.
