Lucid Dreaming, wow what a concept.

But after several nights in one week of one particular nightmare something totally outragious happened.

The dream:

I was being chased by a very big bad nasty that got disturbed when I was first starting my pagan walk. It kept chasing me all over and through everything and nothing I did day or night stopped it. I was going bugshit 'cause I had no one to talk with about this.

Then one night I ended up running through a train, the first time I ran through this one car and woke up. I went back to sleep just to go through all the running to end up in this one car on the train that I had just run through not long before, but this time it was different. I was starting to run past this one man and his friends when he stood up and stopped me.
Now this guy was some where in his late 20's and had 3 or 4 young people closer to my age with him. I was 16 at the time. When he stepped in front of me he put his hand on my shoulder and asked me what was wrong, I couldn't run past him the way I wanted and I couldn't get out the words to tell him what was happening. He told me to slow down, yes I see the thing behind you, but running isn't going to help. You must change this dream.
I'm sure I looked surprised after all how can a person change a dream? It's not like a physical reality where I could change things...was it?
I know he saw the confusion on my face and told me it's your dream you can do what ever you want here.
He told me now watch this is my part of this dream and he changed the red leather seats to a plaid cloth covering. The others had been sitting and suddenly they were standing up around him and me. I woke up at that point and then through out the next week they showed me how even the little changes in the surroundings of my dream can change the whole dynamics of the dream. With this knowledge the last time I ran through the car of the train they stayed seated and he looked at me, nodded and I turned and faced the creature. I told it this is my dream you are not welcome here, took away it's teeth and it disappeared never to return.
Since that time there have been no more nightmares that to bother me.
